Also, based on our conversation and depending on the amount and detail of the information disclosed during this meeting, we determine the type or level of service best for your needs. Then based on what services are selected, we begin the process of reviewing all necessary data and determining which professionals will be necessary in order to provide you with the best, most comprehensive and collaborative approach.
Upon reviewing all that will be necessary in order to provide you with the exceptional service you deserve and that we insist on, a second meeting is scheduled with your proposed team to discuss next steps including any applicable fees. Depending on the level of service selected, meetings may range from once per year to 12+ times per year. These may be face-to-face, virtually, or via conference call, whichever is preferred.
