Internally, we will limit access to your information to only those who need access to fulfill their job responsibilities. If consent is provided to share your information with one or more of our expert partners, that professional will have his or her own confidentiality agreement which you may be required to sign in order to proceed. All of our collaboration partners agree not to use or disclose information provided/belonging to D’Aciam Private Wealth & Commercial Family Offices, Inc. other than to fulfill the services it has been hired to perform. Each client will have the option to limit access to his or her information to select third parties via specialized technology provided by D’Aciam Private Wealth & Commercial Family Offices, Inc. Each of our collaboration partners agrees to protect our client data against unauthorized access and any anticipated threats. The partner will ensure that use of the information does not result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any data or information belonging to D’Aciam Private Wealth & Commercial Family Offices, Inc., any of our advisors, any of our staff members or any of our clients. All collaborative partners of D’Aciam Private Wealth & Commercial Family Offices, Inc agrees to only retain the information for a period of time, which complies with applicable books and records requirements, and then property destroy records in a protected manner once books and records retention schedules have been fulfilled. Each collaborative partner also attests that its information and data safeguarding and disposal process satisfies and continues to satisfy all applicable federal and state laws and regulations as well as all self-regulatory organization rules such as those promulgated by the SEC and FINRA and other regulations, including but not limited to, compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and MA 201 CMR 17.03 and 17.04, as applicable.
